About FIT GURUGRAM
A city-wide health movement by Fortis Hospital, Gurugram
Gurugram is a city that rarely slows down. Long commutes, longer hours and busy lives often mean health gets pushed to tomorrow.
Fit Gurugram is about changing that, one small step at a time.
A movement built on a simple belief: when health becomes part of everyday life, people feel better, families grow stronger and cities thrive.
It begins with the Fit Gurugram Marathon on October 4, in association with actor and endurance athlete Mr. Milind Soman - bringing together runners, walkers, families, corporates and first-time participants to take the city’s first collective step towards being fitter.
But the marathon is just the beginning!
Fit Gurugram will grow into cycling, yoga, HYROX, wellness experiences, health camps, cleanliness drives and conversations around health concerns that often go unnoticed.
Because fitness isn’t a one-day event. It’s a way of life.
Small steps. One city. One movement.Upcoming Events

Leadership Message
"FIT Gurugram was built on one belief — that prevention, not treatment, should be the first conversation about health. Every run, every wellness camp and every doctor-led session is our way of bringing that belief into people's everyday lives. This is a long journey, and we're glad to be walking it with our city.
Become part of FIT Gurugram — get early access to city runs, wellness camps, expert sessions and everything in between.
